Position Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruiting for a fast-growing multi-unit service organization. This role is responsible for building recruiting strategy, managing recruiter performance, and implementing systems that support high-volume hiring across multiple regions.
You will partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and onboard top talent efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience. This role is ideal for a recruiting leader who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable hiring outcomes in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Recruiting Strategy & Execution
- Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy for high-volume hourly hiring across multiple markets
- Partner with Regional Directors and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop regional recruiting strategies
- Coordinate hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and targeted sourcing strategies
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team including recruiters and recruiting coordinators
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability for hiring outcomes
- Coach recruiters on pipeline management, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience
Process & Technology
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and workflows
- Optimize the company’s Applicant Tracking System and recruiting technology stack
- Oversee requisition management, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows
Recruitment Marketing
- Manage job advertising strategy including job boards, employer branding, and advertising budgets
- Monitor candidate flow and adjust sourcing strategies to maximize results
Data & Performance
- Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, applicant conversion rates, and hiring volume
- Provide leadership with regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance and market challenge
Education and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5-8 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience with 2–3 years leading or mentoring recruiters. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
