Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Director to oversee multiple locations, drive business growth, and mentor future leaders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in managing and developing staff across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead and organize communication through video calls, in-person meetings, individual calls, emails, and texts.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret P&L statements and make informed decisions based on financial performance.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working across teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • A deep commitment to customer service excellence, striving to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
  • Adaptability to perform duties in an outdoor, all-weather, and rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Full P&L ownership for your entire region, ensuring we are executing at a high level on both revenue growth and expense management.
  • Lead the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives within your market.
    • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Operations and other Regional Directors to execute these initiatives effectively.
  • Foster the growth of area and store-level management through individual and group coaching, training, and development programs.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4-6 Area Directors, focusing on leadership growth and succession planning.
  • Maintain and enhance employee retention rates by working closely with your management team and WhiteWater's recruiting department on a daily basis.
  • Regularly review critical data, including financial KPIs, schedules, customer feedback, employee development progress, and daily operational summaries, with Area Directors, Multi-Site Directors, and Vice President's.
  • Ensure preparedness for future greenfield and acquisition growth by developing existing staff for promotions and ensuring we have a depth chart of great teammates ready for new opportunities.
  • Manage employee and customer issues in collaboration with Human Resources and Loss Prevention teams, including the resolution of all employee, customer, or vehicle incident reports.

  • Lucrative earning potential, with an annual compensation ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 (including base pay and bonuses).
