IT Deployment Specialist

WhiteWater Express | Remote for Ohio | Full-time | Up to 85% travel

Keep our technology ready for what comes next. We’re looking for an IT Deployment Specialist to install and support the systems that keep our locations running, lead hands-on deployments, and solve technical challenges across our growing portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute IT deployments, upgrades, and migrations at new and existing locations.
  • Install, configure, and test POS systems, including DRB and ICS, payment kiosks, network devices, and related hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot networks, tunnel controllers, ground loops, cameras, phones, wireless systems, and other site technology.
  • Provide advanced support for the IT Support team, respond to site equipment failures, and participate in the support call queue when not in the field.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors; document completed work and provide training and post-deployment support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Five years of IT operations experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, POS systems, IT hardware and software, control systems, low-voltage systems, and cameras.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage technical projects and work semi-autonomously.
  • Clear communication, effective documentation, and the ability to explain technical issues to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 85% and work in office and active car wash environments, including occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds. ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
