Position Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our recruiting operations across multiple markets. In this role, you won’t just be “supporting recruiting”, you’ll be helping drive the entire candidate experience from application to onboarding.
You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring process for every candidate who comes through our doors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, systems work, and being a key connector in a high-volume recruiting environment.
The TA Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. This position is full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, and is located at 106 Vintage Park Blvd., Houston, TX 77070.
