Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of General and Store Managers to deliver consistent financial performance to achieve company goals.
Support leaders to achieve measurable objectives and help them realize maximum bonus potential.
Lead and oversee operations at 6-8 locations, fostering a positive work culture for an exceptional customer and employee experience.
Lead General Managers and Multi Site Directors in store operations, equipment management, damage claims, and employee development.
Ensure staffing levels meet business needs. Maintain regular communication with the recruiting team to ensure adequate staffing, retention, and potential employee progression.
Build and maintain company culture at each unit, ensure consistency in all systems, tools, and role execution.
Approve weekly work schedules, payroll submissions, purchase invoices, and devise sales strategies to achieve budgeted metrics.
Analyze P&L reports and create sales and development strategies to meet company projections.
