Position Overview As the Senior Marketing Manager at WhiteWater Express Car Wash, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive store traffic and improve performance across over 120 car wash locations. You will leverage data-driven insights, industry trends, and innovative tactics to maximize store-level results and achieve our annual business objectives and goals.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Lead comprehensive marketing strategies focused on driving store traffic across individual wash locations in the Midwest and Southwest markets to meet or exceed annual goals.
Evaluate all location performance to identify areas of opportunity in local advertising and regional campaigns.
Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics and plans to stay ahead of industry trends and challenge the competition.
Share best practices and insights with Regional Directors and site level managers to enhance their marketing understanding and execution of programs designed to drive unit-level performance.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and results on a weekly basis, and report key findings, with the ability to quickly identify what’s working and what needs attention.
Use insights to optimize marketing efforts and develop actionable recommendations for store traffic driving strategies.
Campaign Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns designed to effectively drive traffic and increasing sales through existing marketing efforts, new advertising campaigns and market specific tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial targets.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with operations leadership and store teams, as well as other cross-functional departments to ensure marketing strategies are executed effectively and all teams are aware of the program.
Provide leadership and guidance within the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in retail/B2C marketing, with a proven track record of driving traffic and improving performance for a multi-site business.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics and the ability to analyze and explain data to stakeholders.
Comfortable working with field operations teams to partner on programs.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
