Qualifications
  

  • At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience (You're no rookie!) 
  • Proficiency with MS Office (You know your way around a computer). Sage or other financial ERP system experience is a bonus.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, whether in writing or speaking, making you a star with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Multitasking is your middle name, and you tackle multiple inquiries with finesse.
  • You're a change-maker, always on the lookout for opportunities to improve and drive change when needed.
  • Your professionalism shines, and you're guided by strong business ethics and unwavering integrity.


What Your Day Will Look Like
  

  • You'll be the eagle eye, reviewing invoices for proper coding, sales and use tax accuracy, and mathematical precision.
  • Vendors will be under your watchful eye as you maintain meticulous records and files.
  • Vendor inquiries? Consider them handled. You'll conduct research and follow up with lightning speed.
  • Spreadsheets, reports, and databases? Your canvas for financial wizardry, all done accurately and on time.
  • Payments and expenses? You've got it covered, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices like a pro.
  • Account analyses? You're the Sherlock Holmes of numbers, always ready with the insights.
  • And when the call for duty comes, you'll tackle special projects and duties assigned by the Accounting Manager.
