Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help bring our marketing initiatives to life at the store level. In this role, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs that drive performance, strengthen brand consistency, and support our growing fleet and field operations.

You’ll serve as a key connector between corporate marketing and field teams—keeping campaigns on track, ensuring accurate execution, and helping multiple initiatives run smoothly at the same time. This position is full-time on-site, located at 106 Vintage Park Blvd Houston, TX 77070. Base salary is $60,000 + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support store performance and fleet programs.
  • Support the setup, execution, and tracking of company-wide, regional, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with promotions, grand openings, and store-level marketing activities to drive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and documentation to ensure on-time, accurate execution.
  • Support marketing systems, asset management, and operational processes to enable consistent execution across locations.
  • Conduct competitive research and share insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, data tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate local market activations, events, and chamber of commerce partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide reliable support to field and corporate partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or similar role. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with marketing asset management systems, project management tools, and intranet platforms.
  • Experience using mass email platforms, Google Drive, and online form builders.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, or CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
  • Comfortable reviewing data, processing transactions, and cross-checking information to prevent errors.
  • Clear, professional communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a scaling organization with evolving processes and priorities.
