Team Lead | Shift Leader | General and Store Manager
Multiple Locations & Shifts Available – Hiring Immediately

We are hiring for multiple leadership positions. The position offered will depend on your experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Positions Available

Team Lead – $15–$17/hour + Biweekly Tips

  • Support daily operations and team members
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Help sell wash packages and memberships
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and wash quality

Shift Leader – $17–$19/hour + Biweekly Tips

  • Lead the team during your shift
  • Coach and support team members
  • Handle customer concerns
  • Support daily operations, opening/closing, and safety

General and Store Manager – $47,500–$65,000 + Bonus

  • Lead overall location operations and performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop the team
  • Drive sales, membership growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, performance, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Must pass a background check

No car wash experience? No problem. We provide paid training.
