We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Lead to join our team based in Dallas-Ft. Worth. Responsibilities:

 
  • Lead, schedule, and coordinate the regional technical team's activities.
  • Travel to regional stores for repairs and new equipment installations.
  • Hands on diagnosing and repair car wash equipment.
  • Initiate and lead store-level preventive maintenance to optimize store operations.
  • Communicate and coordinate repair statuses effectively with the operations team.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems (plumbing, mechanical, electrical).
  • Independently address maintenance, operations, and equipment performance issues.
 

Qualifications:

 
  • Team based leadership and coordination experience
  • Professional demeanor, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with effective communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Experienced in managing low voltage motor controls.
  • Available for routine before or after-hours service calls.
  • Demonstrates strong mechanical skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, capable of working independently with minimal to no guidance.
  • Fundamental knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic, and electrical systems, including repair techniques.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills with contractors and vendors.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between store locations is required.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving history review.
  • Valid vehicle insurance is mandatory.
