What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
Support store opening and closing procedures
Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

18+ years old
Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Available evenings and weekends
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Must pass a background check
