Position Overview
As we continue our phase of rapid expansion—with over 130 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Louisiana —we're on the lookout for a dynamic Real Estate M&A Analyst to join our Houston, TX office. This is a golden opportunity to be at the forefront of our organic growth, contributing directly to our mission of enriching lives and communities through our services.
As a vital contributor to our Real Estate and M&A team, you will lead the charge in identifying prime new locations and acquisition opportunities, driving the expansion of WhiteWater's footprint. Your role is pivotal in building our acquisition and development pipeline, managing broker relationships, and steering the entire site selection and acquisition process in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and new site development opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis to support growth strategy.
- Assist in the negotiation of Letters of Intent (LOIs), purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
- Coordinate due diligence activities including zoning, title, and environmental reviews.
- Develop and maintain broker and real estate partner relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, EVP of Real Estate, CFO, and executive team.
- Support cross-functional teams through site selection, pipeline management, and acquisition execution.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, M&A, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with GIS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executive stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a team-first attitude.
