Site Director

The Site Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the hiring process, ensuring the recruitment of qualified personnel to enhance job satisfaction. With proven experience in staffing and recruiting, they will also assist in creating and implementing strategies for business growth. This role requires expertise in planning and budgeting, as well as a strong understanding of business processes and functions, including procurement and operations. Additionally, the Site Director will be responsible for hiring and training new staff to perform at their maximum potential and for developing plans that maximize productivity.

Proven staffing and recruiting experience/Knowledge of recruitment strategies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate employees.
